Where can i view your items?

Please be aware that we do have an events calendar. The Rusty Garden is trying to get to as many large-scale events as possible to showcase our products. Our items will be available for purchase at these events or we can happily give you ideas on how to personalise our creations and make them yours.

Can i pick up items?

Of course. Just place an order for an in-stock item up to two weeks prior to one of our scheduled calendar events and we will bring it along to save you on freight. Please allow a longer timeframe for personalised items.

Will you deliver to my home?

Yes. The cost of delivery is dependent on your location and the size of the item purchased, so please contact us for a quote. We regularly deliver to Sydney metro areas. Items going to other areas of NSW or interstate are delivered via courier. Please refer to the Freight page on this site to see these conditions.

Can you make a silhouette or screen of my pet?

Absolutely. If you have a specific breed in mind or even a favourite car, we can turn it into a screen or silhouette for your garden. All we require are several pictures, all of which can be sent to us as attachments via the online order form on our Orders page.

Can i speed up the rusting process?

Of course. If your item is freshly made it will be a dull silver colour. First give it a little clean with some warm soapy water, this will remove any machine oil. Then give it a regular misting of water every couple of days this will make it rust faster.
